Why can't I order from my country?
Sadly, I have to exclude a small amount of countries due to repeated issues with shipping. I can ship to most countries including the US and all of the EU, so perhaps you can find an address of a friend there to ship to.
There are no other workarounds, if you order and change the shipping address to a country that you cannot pledge for, the order will have to get canceled unless another address is given.

Can I pick the pins up in person?
If you happen to attend an event that I will be at, this might be possible. Once it’s time to finalize the orders, you will have the opportunity to choose from a list of events. These will most likely take place in the EU.

Will every pin design be available as a single pin?
All unlocked designs will be available for individual purchase, except for the free rewards that come with certain pledge levels (sleeping spotted hyena, green spotted hyena, cockatiel, pin safari sticker).

No, the physical items and freebies are only available if you pledge for at least one pin.

If you meet the requirements otherwise, you can get the early bird pin, the cross-collab pin and the pin safari sticker when you only pledge for one pin.
The green hyena pin freebie is only available when your pledge includes a full set of hyena portrait pins.

The full set pledge levels that come with a freebie can only be purchased as a complete set of either color. However, you can purchase single or multiple pins of choice as add-ons.

How do I pledge for the stretch goals once they get unlocked?
If stretch goals get unlocked, they will become available as add-ons that you can add to your pledge. If multiple goals get reached, I will also add new pledge tiers to include new pin sets.

I prefer the stretch goal items over the main campaign pins. Can I just buy those?
Once the stretch goals get met, you will have the option to include those as part of your pledge, or change your pledge level. Do keep in mind that if your pledge included a full portrait set and you change it to other pins, you will no longer receive the freebie that comes with a full set pledge.

Yes! Backers will get updated with whatever new designs I’m working on, and they will become available as add-ons once the concept sketch is done.

What happens if someone backs the highest plushie tier?
If someone sponsors the plush, it will become available as an add-on or tier for this campaign like the other stretch goals, and you will be able to pre-order it. However, keep in mind that developing and manufacturing a plush takes significantly longer than manufacturing pins. Due to this, the plush would be shipped separately from the pins, at a later point in time.

Can you make a pin of my pet or favorite breed?
No, I specialize in drawing wildlife, and will only consider animal species rather than breeds as poll options. There are many amazing artists out there who draw cats, dogs and other pets!

Will you be selling B-grades?
My manufacturer has a very high quality standard, and I usually don’t end up with many B-grades. I might consider adding B-grades as discounted add-ons, if there are any.

What material are the pins made of?
All pins are made with hard enamel. The metal used is zinc alloy, plated in either gold, rose gold or black nickel. They come with rubber clutches.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
We're looking to have pins shipped by late Spring or early Summer 2026. However, world trade circumstances continue to change. Tariffs, shipping costs, and other headaches are continuously complicating things for artists everywhere.
At this time, we are not charging shipping until items are in hand. You will be charged a second time once orders are being prepared. This will hopefully make things a little cheaper, and, if not, will make sure any increases are covered.
Once pins are in hand, you are welcome to request immediate shipment at any time. However, you may incur additional charges.
